I love my iPhone almost as much as if it were the fifth member of our family, which I already told you about. What I love the most about it is its ability to take fairly decent photos for a phone.
And what I love even more than that, is the way I can send the photos directly to Flickr right after I have taken them.
So yes, I know my iPhone photos are not the best photos compared to other people's blogs {basically that means everyone else that puts photos up on their blog}, but I am trying.
I am so veryclose to making a final decision on what camera to purchase for my new endeavor as a wannabe photographer but my problem is that I HATE making decisions. Little decisions I am fairly good at, the one when it's between this one and that one. I got that one down, no problem.
It's when the decision is between this one and those three-thousand-four-hundred and fifty, is when I come up a little short.
I balk at the pressure. Totally buckle.
And Drew likes to remind me of this weakness each and every time it arises.
I just get overwhelmed with too many choices and I hate the way that feels but have come to accept it since I AM living in the one city in the world that probably has the most choices available to it.
So the camera that I want to buy so desperately, I really am working on mustering up the ability to make a decision. Maybe soon my photos will have a chance at survival.
I took the photos below with my iPhone last week, of some icicles hanging outside my front door and I used some different settings with the iPhone App Best Camera, and this is what I came up with....
This was the original picture.
This effect is called 'cool'. I like this one the best, but you haven't even seen them all yet. Sorta rude.
This effect was called 'jewel'. {Don't really like this one as much as 'cool'.}
This one is called 'vignette' and it softens the outside of the photo. I sorta like this one as well.
Listen to me pretending to know SQUAT about photography! What a total dork.
What is your favorite iPhone photography App?
