I get emails daily from people promoting companies, that ask me to mention their products in one of my posts and I usually just delete it while muttering under my breath annoyed, "why on earth would I use my blog to promote your product?"
Why??
Having said that, I did receive an email today from a women in Audience Development at iVillage who happens to love my blog {flattery will get your everywhere}, that actually caught my eye probably because it contained the words Dove Chocolate.
I love Dove Chocolate but know absolutely NOTHING about this event other than the details that I am about to share with you. I thought it may be a cool thing in the event that you live in and around New York City, to drop by at, in between some great shopping!
I mean seriously, she told me to invite all of you.
So the dets are as follows, Tuesday, March 9th, 3p-7p @ Chelsea Market located at 75 9th Ave, and she says it will be an afternoon of indulgence featuring chocolate and wine pairings, beauty and relaxation treatments, freebies and much more. And if you are going to attend, please send an email to indulgentmoments@nbcuni.com so she can put you on the guest list, I suppose.
And that's ALL I know! so I don't want to be responsible if you show up to this thang, and they dunk you head first into chocolate and then attempt to lick it off.
